He did not really know what to do with it at first but as he is an intelligent and level-headed person, he immediately took the document to a friend of his who told him that this document is a legal document and it needs a Certified translation. I recommended Alan to search for Certified Translation services in the Internet as it is full of things like that. Alan is a pretty standard guy who would rather take this document to a translator who he have an eye-to-eye contact with. However, if he listens to me and searches for the Certified translation in the Internet, he may find some really cheap translation services, I think.
